4. Data and Confidentiality. Workspace data is scoped to your tenant. Clearmatrix processes data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect. Account details such as name, email, phone number, workspace content, and usage data needed to operate the service.

2. How We Use Information. We use information to provide, secure, and improve the platform, deliver AI-assisted insights, and communicate service updates.

3. Data Sharing. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors required to deliver the service under appropriate safeguards.

4. AI Processing. Customer content may be processed by AI models to generate deliverables. Content is not used to train foundation models without explicit consent.
